Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we apply a 14 days right of return policy. 
  • Returned items must be unused and unwashed in original packaging.
  • Original sales receipts must be attached with all returns.
  • We do not take any personalized items.
  • Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package.
  • Once the goods are received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued.
  • You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charge.
  • In case of an order being refused by a receiver on delivery, The Good May reserved the right to deduct the cost of the return from the final refund. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you would like a different size or color, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.
